Pilates with a physiotherapist
Whether you’re recovering from an injury or are looking to enhance your fitness and reach your performance goals, we offer person-centered classes with a chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor.
At the Slow Club, each participant has a specialist Pilates assessment before joining the classes to make an ad-hoc plan that works on your specific strengths and weaknesses.
